If your order is $250 or more, AND it consists of only Clearance Items and/or Sale Items, we reserve the right to request payment for shipping. This is because most of these items are sold at cost or close to cost.
While we keep record of all packages shipped, we are not responsible for lost mail sent through Canada Post.
It takes between 1 to 5 Quiltatious working days for us to pack and send your order. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. The speed depends on the volume of orders we receive, and the number of cuts in your order. Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days, depending on the size of your order and your location.

Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will issue a refund if the fabric we sent you was damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. If you are not happy with the quality of the purchased fabric, please let us know, and we promise to find a solution.
Any returned items will have to be unwashed, unused, in new condition, in original packaging, scent-free, and pet-hair free.
If you are returning cut yardage, you will receive 80% refund. Refund on pre-made kits and bundles is 100%.
If you decide to return an item that was not sent in error, you are responsible for the return shipping fee to us. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the amount of the shipping fee that we paid, and issue a refund for the difference.
Shipping charges that you paid can only be refunded if we sent the wrong item.
Refunds and store credits will be issued only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of your item in the mail.
